"Christopher Nash" is trying to collect an alleged debt, but does not follow FDCA requirements of stating who he represents and goes on to share apparent sensitive information via automated payment options, then cuts back on with a generic comment to contact the unnamed company who filed the collection. SCAM.

Called for 'No Name Given' about an urgent matter. The robo caller said his office had spent enough time and resources on this matter and wants us to call him back.

Total scam.

Calling someone's alternate number but I'm not it.

I have received numerous calls from this number,finally i am home to answer when they call.They ask about a debt that i dont recall.They claim that they have already proven the debt and will not mail me any proof.The company they claim i owe went out of business last year,so i am guessing the debt (if legit)was sold.I am not pay 427 without any proof.

This "company" or "business" is calling and leaving threatening automated messages.This message mentioned this call to be the last voluntary effort of communication, and asked to be called back before 7pm today and if not......something about litigation or lawyers. I picked up the phone, but no person connected, the recording just played out till the end of the message.
If you call these people back they may have your name or the name of someone you may know and try to verify your address by giving you the "last address" they have "on file", and they may also attempt to verify certain digits of your social security number. You probably should not give them any information over the phone. Especially if there is a high possibility of a scam or fraud. I thought Collection agencies usually mail something to the person they are attempting to collect from, and I've never heard of a valid collector sending such a threatening recorded message. Also according to consumer protection websites, any valid debt collector should be able to provide you with their name, street address, and professional license number. After calling this "business" back they refused to give out their street address. The first number of 320-201-1090 that left the automated message is listed in Villard MN, and the website number of 855-269-9628 is linked to a website.
Some scammers also have websites or virtual addresses. So be very careful. It is best to check it all out before giving anyone information over the phone.
Lastly, according to who calls me from 855-269-9628, one of the people receiving calls from this number has already reported them to consumer finance.com.

Got a call saying similar stuff. I called back and nobody answered. The call would just disconnect.

I received a call it was a recorded message stating no company name who they are calling for. It goes on to say that they have tried to get mattered settled and I need to call by 7 pm well someone needs to call because they don't say names. Called number and it just rings scammers no one has privacy

I got a call today from this number they were calling for my husband who is away training with the military. They did not say who they were in the message, but said they needed called back by 7pm today and if they didn't hear anything by October 12th there'd be no choice for voluntary resolution. Now being the not so mild mannered lady I am I called them back. They lady who answered didn't sound like she was in an office first of all. She refused to tell me who her company was, I asked again and she raised her voice to me, I calmly asked again and she began screaming at me and hung up on me.

Had call from this number(612-315-6117) on 10-4-2016 and a message was left to contact them before 6 pm the next day (10-5-2016) or they cannot resolve the issue. I have no idea what issue they are talking about or who they are looking for. There is no name attached to the number.

Just called me and said the same as other messages on here saying I have by the end of today (Oct 4th) to call by 6pm didn't say my name and didn't identify who they were how do these ppl even get our numbers

I got a call too. They left messages in English. A mans voice. They also said if I don't contact by Oct 4th that their client will have no choice.

I received a call today from this number threatening to take action by October 4th .... Funny they cannot identify themselves or who they are looking for, i called it from a landline ... nobody answers

Looks like they have been busy today! The same portion of the message was left on my voicemail. I wonder if that is on purpose. I am guessing that it is a scam since I haven't received written notice on anything. Wish these people would stop harassing innocent people!

I just got a call too from this number as the same message that don't identify who they are but gives a date of October 4th to respond.

They keep calling and also wrote something about October 4th. Did not identify themselves didn't even say my name saying they are trying to reach me. Probably a scam. I've been dealing with scammers for two years and they call all my bosses it's embarrassing

I got the same call. Included something about the 4th. Never referenced my name or who they were.
