ERC COLLECTIONS

Was hard to understand but looking for previous owner of this number again. They never care if I tell them I am not this person and don't know this person.

ERC Collections, a debt collector

I answer and they never say anything and just hang up. I dont have any unpaid debts. wth

ERC Collections. Nothing on credit report.

This is a collection agency named ERC for AT&T/ Directv

ERC Collections keeps calling my number. I will block then they change the number and call again. I am debt free and owe no person or company any monies.

Called & hung up when I answered. Web search showed the # belongs to ERC, a debt collector, attempting to collect on out-of-statute debts.

At 10:05 today 11/30/17 I got a missed call from this number. I have an outstanding credit rating so should not receive calls from a number like this. I didn’t respond to the missed call. I believe it’s spam.

Long silence. I waited out of curiosity. Woman w Jamaican accent asking for me by my previous name from over 8 years ago!. Said no. Take # off call list. She immediately said do u know ______?. I said no take number off call list. I said that over what she was saying but clearly heard what she said. Then she rudely said If u would allow me to speak, I was trying to tell u I would. I hung up on her at same time she hung up without professionally thanking me for my time (sarcasm).

Claim to be a debt hi collector but will never leave a message

Yes they called about some bull**** debt that was owed. They spoke broken english, Found that theyre called ERC. Blocked now, but they were callin everyday!!!

Foreign people who claim a debt is owed.when asked for proof, they hung up

they call people to get personal imformation to scammed

This is ERC collections out of Tacoma, WA
They call and ask to verify last 4 digits of social security number - which I declined (because that would be information I do not want to confirm or deny to someone I do not know).
They claim I have several hundred dollars in unpaid bills from Comcast. I had disconnected Comcast 5 months ago and paid in full, returning equipment personally.
This ERC outfit wanted to charge me over the phone and "settle the bill" probably selling my credit card information to whoever in the process.
I told them I reject any bogus debt collection (never had one in my life) as I settle my bills on time.
After that, called Comcast, giving them my old Account Number - and sure enough - zero balance pending.
Watch out!

Called Trying to collect a Bill that was paid two years ago. I told him this he became agitated so I told him he could Kiss My #%€

Pushy and arrogant. Told them no one here by that name. Became rude and downright smart ass.

Computer call from "Enhanced Recovery Company" leaves message every day claiming we owe a debt (we don't) asking we call them back and use a "reference number".

Point one, We have NO debts.
Point Two: Collection Agencies send LETTERS first. This is clearly a scam.

No one is ever on the line. Just silence

Called me hundreds of times must invest in another 2 bucks to block these bottom feeding demons they dont take no for an answer I dont owe these people my name is not Carter and if are laws were to protect us this would stop, but the politicians take so much money from these idiots they get away with calling and harassing the elderly and hospice patients I now put the wrath of GOD on this company REC to stop them in there tracks thank you Jesus for the block power, god bless the good, Amen

They are calling everyday. I don't answer if I don't know who the caller is. No message is ever left. Today I blocked and reported the number.
