this is a collection agency with many complaints that ignores laws and says they did not make call when I have records, since they are in my state about to bring legal action against them. I hope you all do too, here is their information

They called again - Escalate - don't owe them any money - SCAMMERS

Called today - asked for my Mom - about a business matter..I told them that they called at 8:10 one morning - she said that they are allowed to - I asked what company they represented - she hung up on me - I never heard of this Escallate company before....anyone know anything about them? Who they represent ? where located?

SCAM! They sounded very professional, and were very polite with me. Left a voicemail and I called back because I thought it was legit. The voicemail said they were a debt collector and to call back at 8664101791. I stupidly did confirm my birthdate, and I gave them my current address so that they could send me a paper copy of the debt they said I owed them. I should have known something was up when they said that the bill was originally sent to an address that I haven't lived at in almost 3 years. They said I owed them for $18X.XX for radiology services I had done this summer at a local hospital, which I had already paid.

These people are harassing me every day. ..STOP IT!!!!!!!

Harassing calls

I got call from this number so many times. Rude lady told me that she is calling from collecting agency and wants my information. When I asked which company and stuff she started becoming rude and hung up. Then she call back again day and becoming rude again. Please, be aware. This is SCAM

They can knock themselves out calling my fax machine… only noticed this number on CID as a number that was unfamiliar and who I never have received a fax from- so thought I'd look it up. The fax is set to never ring- its on silence, in another locked office. But the bottom line is I owe NO bills. They can call as many times as they want. They will never get an answer from a human. They must enjoy the sound of the fax tone. LOL. Idiots.
