Called me at 10:30 AM on a Saturday, didn’t leave a message.

Looked up on google and was ECMC solutions dealing with student loans. Checked my loans and are still with my provider. Unsure why ECMC called me.

Student loans

9162354526 called for the first time today at 5:10pm, I answered but didnt greet them because i didn't know who it was, they hungup instead of saying hello. So I looked their number up to see if it was a scam, i found out it was a scam and they are talking about student loans, (I dont have any student loans). So I decided to call them back from another number to ask who it was. The automated system that picks up ask you to dial either you SSN or your Personal ECMC number, i pressed 0 and got sent to a woman. And she said they were ECMC and i needed to give her my phone number to see why they called, i told her she didnt need that info because they already had it and asked why they were calling me to begin with and what buisness they were. I told her they were being recorded on my line and that i looked their number up and it showed they were a scam number, and she said the were student loans, so I told her not to call me again since I have not went to college, nor do I have any student loans. She told me it may have been the wrong number and if they call again to let them know its the wrong number and to take me off the call list. I went ahead and blocked the number from my phone. I don't even like California anyways. lol

This phone caller has called the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Human Services, Office of Long-Term Living, Provider Enrollment information line in Harrisburg, PA MULTIPLE times over the past three weeks. They never identify themselves nor their agency and each time they hang up on me while I am answering with the office information and my name. Tuesday, April 23, 2018, after their last call at 2:32 PM, I did a reverse search of the phone number to verify that it was the same number as before; it was. This caller is EDMC Solutions, a student loan collection agency. Then I called this phone number and requested that they remove our telephone number from their call list.
