ESCALLATE HEALTHCARE COLLECTIONS

It should be known that anyone who gets turned into this agency, who is a debt collection agency, weather for a legitimate, or non legitimate debt -- in my case -- a non legitimate debt! And, I am not trying to make excuses -- because my living trust -- set up by my dead mother, who died of ovarian cancer, when she was still alive -- for the purpose of my medical costs and any living expenses that I already have in the way of surviving more effectively, with the cost of living being word as -- to take care of those costs -- has been harassing me -- before and after hours -- Escalade Collection Agency -- who I was turned into -- after a vendor made arrangements for payment from one of the trustees, which makes sense liable to pay out, on my behalf -- even though I am my own lawful power of attorney -- because it is a Living Trust, that has trustees, in which the service provider makes it Arrangements with the trustees to be responsible to pay out medical bills and other bills dealing with my life, on my behalf -- but the agency that turned me in -- continues to go after me for the responsibilities of the bill, harassing me Dean night, which is unlawful -- for a debt that is to be paid by the trustees of the trust -- in which I am the beneficiary of -- which are made by the vendor;, with the trust -- for payment -- which makes them legally responsible to cover the costs of my bills for the services that they provide -- yet they continue to harass me! This is unlawful according to collection law, and is also unlawful under collection law, since they are calling someone who is not legally responsible for the debt, since they made the arrangements with the trust to be responsible for my Service Billings, and they are harassing me being night -- and before daylight and after dark. For those of you who do not know about collections law, this, in and of itself, calling and harassing someone after dark and before daylight, not to mention going after the wrong person, since your trust, in which you are the beneficiary of, was made arrangements with by the service provider to get paid, makes erections unlawful, and because of the unlawful contact after dark and before daylight, and going after wrong person, vacates, by Hawaii State Collections Law, any lawful claim to the money for services rendered.

So be careful of this agency, and anyone who comes after you from it, expecting to be paid, coming after you after dark and before light , and when someone else is also assigned for the cost of the services that are rendered to you by them -- that the people who provided to service made arrangements to receive payment for your services from someone else or another agency or trust that has trustees!

Keeps calling for the wrong person..Goes away for a while. Then restarts. Annoying

Got a call telling me I was going to be arrested for an outstanding tax debt and needed to call immediately to stop the arrest. I don't have any tax debts. I would not call the number back.

Calls several times a week and says they're collecting a debt. Obvious scam and they give some 877 number you have to call instead of answering their 844 number.

Caller asked for my spouse's birthdate which I would not give them - if they really think I owe them debt then they would give me some information to validate that they are legit. Do not provide these people personal information - as debtors they should have everything and be able to provide the information you need to validate THEY are legit.
