Cologuard sent me a suspicious message that looked like spam. I ignored it but this company sent me the test regardless. This is not a free test. They charge your insurance company for this kit or you if your insurance company doesn’t pay.

Text from Cologuard 855-868-0878 wanting more insurance information. Requested that I call 1-844-870-8870. I recently did the Cologuard test. Have not responded because I don't know if this is legitimate.

I thought it was my insurance company. It was actually an investment company wanting to buy my house.

Received call from 267-954-9715; let it go to voicemail; says Cologuard/Exact labs calling about the Cologuard test ordered by my doctor. This was accurate; my doctor did order the test, however, glad for the previous reports so I am not going to call back since they all stated that the test arrived anyway, and they are correct in stating that all necessary information should already be on file with my doctor and insurance, therefore, I should not have to verify anything.

If you’ve been to your doctor and discussed Colon Testing without doing a colonoscopy, this is not a scam. This is the testing service.

this is cologuard calling to tell you that your kit, requested by your doctor, has been shipped.
they also want to read to you the instructions included in the shipment.
since everything you need to know is in the shipment, you probably don't need to call them back now.
you can always call them later if the instructions in the package don't make sense.

i let it go to voicemail. my doctor explained this kit in detail and didn't mention a robo call. maybe it is phishing. why do we have to verify anything. no one would want to steal someone else's kit and take the test. don't give any info. everything gets tapped into somehow. it is scary. i was low in vitamin D and started getting spam emails regarding vitamin D days before my doctor's assistant called to tell me my vitamin D is low.

Caller: some lab

Got a call but didn't answer. Reading these comments just show how disrespectful some companies are. I already did the test so if they have a diagnosis they need to notify the doctor. Not answering.

Caller: ColonGuard

Yes, and I agree with these comments. My doctor ordered the test kit, but I did not expect a phone call from 267-954-9715 with a recorded message asking me for personal information. I hung up.

This is a legitimate ColoGuard lab, calling to verify and inform a kit has been ordered for you by your doctor. It is not a scam! This is the way some doctor offices are ordering the kit.

This was a missed call. I did not call back. The kit was ordered by my doctor and has arrived today. I have no reason to call them back. I agree that they need to change the script and options. no one should give the info to a automatic call.

This is a third party health care company stating they were in partnership with Florida Blue. I called Florida Blue and they verified that POP Health Company was calling to set up an in home medical visit. All is good.

Did not answer -- left no message

I know the ColoGuard test and that my doc had ordered it. But I, too, am horrified that they had a recording ask me questions to which I would reply Yes and ask me to tell them my birth date. Having done that because I knew ColoGuard is legit, I then was afraid someone was using them to acquire identity theft information so looked up the number I called and ended up here. Their call provided a toll-free number that doesn't work 1-855-161-4188. I ignored the first call which the second call noted so tried to call toll free then called the source number and got the robot which knew my name. They have not sent the info they said they would to my email which they supposedly had on file.

I got a call from 866-308-6125 and when I answered there was no one at the other end. Maybe they just wanted to know if mine was a working number.

Caller: don't know.

Recording from co. called ColoGuard. Could have been legit because I did ask my doctor about a colon kit. BUT I never heard of them and they have a terrible protocol in having the recording ask ME to tell THEM my BIRTHDATE as the first question before I could ascertain that they were legit, why they were calling, and what the name of the doctor was that referred them to me. NO WAY I'M GOING TO GIVE SENSITIVE INFO TO A RECORDING of a company I didn't contact or can verify. There was not an option to skip through the recording and see if they had my doctor's name or some way to verify who they were. Didn't have option to ask for a real person to pick up. Terrible protocol: THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE SCRIPT AND MENU OPTIONS OF THEIR RECORDING. In hindsight, I believe it is a legit company called ColoGuard

called it back. florida Blue hired nurse company to do health risk assessments on their behalf. it's a benefit we're eligible to receive, but it's not mandatory

Caller: ingenious

Thank you to Florida Blue, they have meat door telephone numbers out to the scam artists and sold them on a list, and now they're using it to try to defraud anybody who's associated with Medicare on Florida Blue. This is because of Florida Blues data leak. This is a scam it is a scam it is a scam.

Dirtbags Medicare scam artist.

If you use an auto dialer behind a fake phone number you're a scammer.

Not a scam, I work here. We are a group of pharmacists who do adherence calls for pharmacy insurance companies. Just a courtesy call to see if you're taking your meds right, have side effects, and try to help with any barriers to adherence.
