This number came up as Livevox (other business) on my caller ID. Not exactly sure what "other business" means. I've never heard of this company. They called at 0845 and didn't leave a message.

Caller spoofs number from Houston -- company is most likely in TN -- requests personal information (PII - personally identifiable information), which can be used for identity theft. Lookup shows it as Frost Arnett and says they change their number to avoid detection. Illegal?

Have rec'd several calls. keep blocking the number but the calls keep coming from a variation of the last 4 digits of phone #$. This is a SCAM - DO NOT ANSWER OR ENGAGE.

I just received a call from here, the lady did not provide her name. Could not tell me where she was calling from other than debt collector. She knew my first and last name and old address. But she had me working at someplace I had never heard about. Stated I owed $107 to a Associated Pathologist. I feel this is definitely a scam.

Calls at the same time everyday never leaves a message.

The person calling sounded very authoritative and with the tone of voice and the language made me feel right from the start that this is a serious matter and I need to answer her questions. She knew my name and required verification of my street number "based on my social" however refused to answer who she exactly represents and the matter she was calling about, unless I verified my information to confirm my identity. Wow. Overall made me feel that I'm in some kind of trouble. Had to shake it off after we disconnected. Awful. Do not answer. Extremely frustrating. I can see how younger people might oblige immediately.

Called my phone, didnt answer. Then they turned right around and called my job #. Didnt say anything when I answered phone.

Called me around 8am on business line. I didn't get to phone on time so it was a missed called. Called the number 713-300-2683 back from caller ID. Asked what it was about? Lady that answered asked me what was my phone number? Gave them my phone number and said they couldn't find me on their system and apologized calling me by accident.

Woman called and said her name was Rachel. I asked where are you calling from and she would not tell me. I asked again "who is this?" She said I already told you..... I hung up as she was rude.

They call and ask me to verify my birthyear. When I ask them who they are, they give me a name. This time it was "Christine". When I say, but that does not tell me who you are, she says, but I just told you, to which my response is that there are thousands of Christines in the US. I told her that she needs to tell me why she is calling, and she said "an important business matter", to which I said, but I don't know what company you are with, and she said what sounded like Fraud Star Net, which I told her I had never heard of. She told me that she was hanging up if I wasn't going to verify my information. GOOD RIDDENS! Unfortunately, they WILL call back, because they have called me many times, and it is always the same story!
