Scam artist

Called me asking to verify personal info.... kept saying "so you don't want to know what we have in this office on **** (the last four of my social!) they also have my address... this is beyond scarey! Will be turning them in... block their number but they just use another

Will be filing a complaint for rudeness with whoever is calling me and trying to verify my social security number and all sorts of personal info. This seems very phony to me. I tried calling back to ask more in depth questions and to speak with a manager and they just put u on hold forever and not come back. THIS SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO ME! BEWARE!

Calls from many different San Antonio numbers. This is just one of many. It's a scam.

Calls and hangs up. Will call multiple times a day.

They called house phone and my mom's phone again from a new number. it was a ROBO call that left a lot of personal information on the voicemail. I called them back (05/03/2016) and after about 20 rings and picking my option, I was connected to a woman named Leonie (??). I asked for her worker number and she told me that she was not legally able to give that information. I told her i needed it and she is to give it to me in case someone needed to know who I spoke with or if i needed to make a complaint. She told me to hold and she would check her computer for the number (why wouldn't she know her number?). She didn't place me on hold, instead she covered the receiver with her hand and I could hear her asking a man next to her, what she should do. She came back and asked me what I needed because she didn't know what I was talking about and then randomly said her worker number was 0032. I then asked for her supervisor's info and she again asked me to hold and put the phone down. She told me his name was Juan Gonzalez. I asked for his ext and workers number. She again put down the phone and asked "what should I say?... No she wants your information... what she I give her?" She came back and said I couldn't have his information but instead gave me another number to call 888-317-7306. She asked if I would be handling the debt owed and I told her no and that I wanted them to send me a debt validation letter. She said "what?" and after a pause she said they have already sent me 2. I said they didn't and i needed them mailed to me. She said she would let the back office know and I'll get a letter soon. She didn't confirm or ask for an address on where to send this letter.

I googled the new number given to me and found 1 website: arrow-rs.com but it didn't have much info on it. There is a fax # 855-278-3322 and email: admin@arrow-rs.com . You could make a complaint through the site, which stated Halsted Financial Services would get. And gave another number to call for immediate assistance (I haven't called yet) 866-570-5718.

But i also found a company (Oracle Solutions, Inc) who has the same number for their company as Arrow. These people are getting on my nerves and I'm over it!!

They answer "Hello", not "Areo Recovery". She tripped all over herself when I said I misdialed. Said I owed $$ to an online loan acct. No, I did not. It's another scam, that I can settle over the phone for $200 less than what I owe if I pay now.
