HEALTH NET

Called my step-daughter and harassed her saying her Healthnet coverage was running out even though she has insurance through someone else.

I got a call from "Health Net Rep" I had a gut feeling.
Did not release any type of info.

Claimed to be from Healthnet. Asked me for Social Security number, address, and other personally identifying information. When I refused, she refused to tell me why she was calling or provide any more information about her supposed connection with Healthnet. She told me if I had any HealthNet questions, that I could call the number on the back of my card. When I told her that if she really was from Healthnet she could communicate with me by email or snail mail. She then hung up. I called the number on the back of my card and they denied that that number is associated with Health Net.

Returned phone call and they said they were from Health Net and something about renewing my Medical. They checked my number and could not give info as why they called to my cell
