It is a female voiced robocall. Pretends to be an actual person that is waiting on your response. I stayed silent once and it asked "Hello?", otherwise if you say anything it continues on. She claims that she is calling in regards to an online application I filled out for the "Hope Program". I have filled out no such application. An online search claims the Hope Program is a New York based organization to help low income people attain stability. It calls me daily but hangs up on the voicemail.

I disconnected until I could gather more information about them before giving out any personal phishing information. I did find that the hud program had a "Hope I " program to help with this, but that it closed their doors to any more applicants back in 1994. It's now 2017 so be careful

Actually it is not a scam caller. The Hope Program is a legit business and they would speak with you then transferred you to Lexington Law Firm to help you rebuild your credit so you can buy a home or rent to own home. Hope this helps.

This is a scam... they have several numbers. They have this one for people in Santa Cruz County, Calif.... they are in Springfield (accd to a reverse lookup). Called the number back (831-219-4763)... says they are the Hope Program.
