I was on the phone with Humana for 15 minutes, talking to a live human who said they "cannot" remove my number, even though it's incorrectly associated with a Humana customer (so they claim.)

I have read the comments on whether or not this was Humana and this posting is not intended to argue as to the validity of the call but rather to tell of my experiences with Humana.. I spoke with a Humana representative on August 30, 2022. About 20 minutes later, I received an automated survey from Humana asking me to rate the call I had received earlier. In the past, I have received these survey calls after the initial contact with a rep many times, so in my case it is legit.

Don't believe this is a scam call. I had just finished talking to Humana Insurance and was asked if I would be willing to take a quick survey after call. I said yes, but hung up after call. I then received a call with no name associated so I did not answer. They did not leave a message or I would have called back.

It is interesting that they say they are from Humana. I went ahead and blocked the number. Then Humana calls from a new number. DUH…

This is "Humana Pharmacy" but they may go under other names representing other health systems. They are a mail-order pharmacy that is affiliated with but probably not part of Humana or the other systems, though they are treated as a subsidiary of Humana by Humana reps on the phone. These are definitely harassing high-pressure sales calls that do not stop even after you ask to be put on the do not call list. People who receive these calls should contact Humana directly at 1 (844) 330-7799 and file a complaint against "Humana Pharmacy," make sure to point out that these people are harming the reputation of Humana.

Goes directly to voice mail without providing the number that it comes from, supposedly HUMANA. Leaves message that I should call. Never gives up. Keeps calling. There is no way to block because no number is provided on caller id because IT GOES DIRECTLY TO VOICE MAIL.

Repeat calls even after I said I was not interested.
