This number calls every single day, several times a day. If this is a collection agency, they have the wrong number, and I resent being harassed. Possibly they are trying to reach someone who had the number before me. All I know is that I don't owe anybody anything.

They ask for a person named Stevie but i never known that name and started saying about lawsuit on me. I never given my phone number away so some one in Sprint or Samsung must have given it away.

They called my place of business looking for someone other than myself.
The man (Bill Graham) talked VERY disrespectful to me. i filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry and am contacting my attorney this afternoon!

The caller says they are looking for STEPHANIE PATT and then they threaten me that she owes money. She does not live here, I have never heard of her and do not know her and FMS will not remove me from their calling list and they call all the time and threaten me

They have been calling a sister in law of mine out of state asking for my husband and wont give any information. I called them and they said it is a personal situation and we can't tell you what about or what FMS is. when asked what FMS stood for, the woman on the other line stated, something really quick that was unable to be understood. I asked several times and she repeated herself just as quickly. They said to relate message to person they were calling for and hung up.

FMS is a legitimate debt collection agency and does NOT fall under the "do not call" rules. If you have a debt - make arrangements to pay it or file bankruptcy. If you are NOT the person they are looking for then let them know. Usually they have done research and your name or number is associated with the person they are trying to find. If you know any information about the debtor (their current name, phone number, cell number, home address, etc.) give that information to FMS and they will promptly remove your number from their calling list.

I know this because my husband's ex-wife and her new husband seem to be in debt to everyone and I get these types of calls from many different collection agencies - I give them all the contact info I have and the calls stop. That is until the next time they default on a credit card.

Call me everyday and won't tell me why. Don't even know who or what they are. Karen was her name who called ext.3015. I have no idea why they keep calling & leave messages.

THIS COMPANY IS CALLING MY HOUSE NUMEROUS TIMES AND WHEN I PICK UP NO ONE ANSWERS AND THEY WILL CALL RIGHT BACK. THE FIRST TIME I SPOKE TO SOMEONE THEY THREATENED ME SAYING THAT I HAD 24 HRS OR I WOULD BE SERVED.

I received two calls this morning! One at 8:44 a.m. and one at 10:37 a.m. Who the heck are these people? The first call I let go to voice mail when I saw it on caller ID, but the second one I answered. There was nobody on the line, just a clicking sound, so I hung up. Annoying!

call daily, ANYTIME of day beginning before 8 or 9am
robo with recorded message stating "This is FMS'.
Then "press 1tro speak to" speak to a rep
I finally tired that as I wanted to tell a human being to stop as I'm on the "do nor call list" and will file complaint with FTC -- no one there just dead air then disconnect.

They called at all hours of the day and woke up my newborn! I do not have any debt that I am aware of anyway. I tried to return their call but they keep hanging up on me!

they called and asked for my step daughter and then kept asking for her ss# and wouldnt say who they were then hung up on her. They FMC a debt collection agency is what I found when i looked it up they call here again I will tell them to place us on the do not call list and then file for harrassment.
