I looked the number up and it says their scammers and have gotten into some bank accounts in the past. Bad reputation with BBB. They've been calling people at least since 2012 ! Please get these scammers .

I received a call from this number today....they asked if the address on file was current or previous. I asked why they wanted to know....Would not speak to me as I would not verify address...This looks like collection agency, but I have no debt.....Wanted to know my address, I told them until they wanted to let me know what they are calling about, they would not get this info from me....They said they would remove me from list, then hung up...but not have been that important..i have blocked number from receiving calls...

I do not answer. My phone is off limits to most calls that are unknown to me si don't know why I have to even receive these.
This is a scam artist. I read the comments below and noticed a common thread "COX" cable. My phone service is with COX and every since we've had COX I get dozens of Spam/Scam calls. We've changed our phone number twice and within days the scam calls start again. An interesting thing with "COX" they are NOT compatible with any robo blocking devices, so I cannot purchase a call blocking device with COX.
