Robocall rec'd this afternoon from "Cardmember Services," claiming they could lower the interest rate on my credit card. Just press "1" to talk to an agent. I hung up. CID showed phone # and "800 Service."

This call went to my voicemail. Same robo spiel about having such a great standing account it warrants lower interest rates. Bogus! By personal choice I neither have nor use credit cards... period. Thefore no legitimate reason to call. I will NEVER give out my personal identity or fiancial info to these criminals thru these calls.

Yes, as Card Services. These people are crazy. When I hung up on them, they called me back repeatedly. I answered at about the fourth time and told them that I no longer wanted to have the conversation that I was hanging up and that they needed to lose my number. The woman switched to a man and then started yelling, swearing, calling me crazy, threatening to put a mark on my credit report, etc. I hung up and they are now blocked.
