Called me in the 256 area code, wondering if it is connected to inquiring about a refi online. Said the same as above IRS, tax and fraud unit, I or my atty should contact, do not ignore this call.. if I do... he wishes me good luck.

Even though this was on community blocking this call got through and left msg. Maybe new update to control is not working. Complete scam! Do not answer!

I just received this call in the 714 area code. Also wished me luck if I didn't heed his warning and call him or have my attorney call him. Since I work for an attorney I could do that....

IRS Scam claiming I owed thousands and threaten to throw me in jail in the next 45 mins to an hour. Claimed his name was Jack Thomas but had an indian accent. After announcing myself as an officer, he hung up.

Just left me a voice mail telling me he was from the IRS and either myself or my lawyer needed to contact him as soon as possible and if I didn't then "good luck."

Just called me in the 608 area code. Left a very rude message telling me he wished me the best of luck if I didn't return his call. Wonder what the point of someone taking the time to do this.

Another IRS scam. Left message on answering machine but couldn't even manage to wait for the beep to leave the entire message. Just got enough to hear them claiming to be from the IRS Tax Fraud division and if they don't hear from me or my lawyer 'good luck'. Claimed his name was Ryan Lewis (definitely had an accent so I may have misheard).

They asked me if I had a lawyer....Told me that I had 48 hours or I'd be put in jail. I hung up.
