Legitimate. It shows they have been in business for a number of years and have a very good rating with the Better Business Bureau.

They have called here several times, asks to verify my personal information but refuse to tell me who they are. I DO NOT give out personal information without knowing to whom I am speaking with, common sense the way I figure it. I told them to take my name off their list, he (no idea his name since he refused to provide that) told me they cannot to that. I responded that if they call here again, I will report them to the police. He decided to get snippy, I ended the call.

They leave msg several times a week. Ask for me by name but never identify themselves. HATE.

Got a call where a lady asked for me by name. I said this is her and she says "hold on I have a call for you" and puts me on hold. I hung up after about 40 seconds.

CallControl blocked a call from this number. I call back from a different number and Shirley answered. I said "I'm sorry; I dialed the wrong number" to which she responded "No you didn't. I have your file right here". I asked "how do you know who it is?" to which she responded "we have caller-id". So I asked, "then what is my name?" She hung up on me after that. Not sure if its a scam or a collection angency
