They said they're calling from Matrix Medical Network, hired by Presbyterian to coordinate services.in regard to coming to our home for a medical visit for my son, but his medical plan doesn't include that service so it's not legitimate. They wanted him to return the call at # 505-436-3725. I haven't investigated that # yet.

I'm not sure how people fall for this but they do. This company is NOT legitimate. They're lying when they say they "represent your health care company" and they're lying when they say you need to schedule a home visit. Hang up on them, file a complaint with the FCC, and help put an end to this harassment. This is a complete scam. You don't get eye exams in your home..not ever. Yet this is just 1 of the many things they're lying about to vulnerable people.
"Matrix Medical" pretending to be calling from Anthem about health & wellness visits IN YOUR HOME. Complete scam and invasion of privacy. Reported to FCC & medical board.
They said it was Aetna on the phone, but when calling the number back the answering recording said "Matrix Medical Network". It was for a Wellness Visit to my home or could do a virtual visit. I called Aetna since I am a member, and they said that they do work with Martrix Medical Network for wellness visits.
Just repetitive annoying if I want their help I'll call them geez
