This number should NOT be on the blacklist. It's online pharmacy Medco communicating with their customers. There's no clear way to report that a call is NOT unsolicited. This is a serious hole in this community blacklist system.

about the address thing. My Dr's office complaining to them that when they try to do an address change, Medco;s site doesn't accept it. it's frustrating and they won't stop calling to verify. Even tho the Dr has the correct address, sends the forms in with the ID # and address yet they still do something they told me they don't do IF that ID # and address is shown on the FAX forms. sheesh. Perhaps they MICROmanage and need to fire the extra wieght.

Medco robo-call, annoyingly calling to verify info they have on file already and used just a few days ago. They hold your drugs for ransom until you call back (at a different number) and say "Yeah, that's STILL my address, send my prescriptions already." Legit, but stupid.

The only reason they would call is if your prescription has a conflicting address, they have to be as sure as possible that they are sending it to the right person. Make sure your doctor has your current address because it they have an old add or a new address you haven't updated with Medco yet they are not going to mail it out. They can't afford to send your medication to a house that may not return them, then you have to wait even longer.

never mind, apparently it's an automated call from Medco, a mail order pharmacy which I do use, and they're actually protecting my health information by not leaving messages when they don't know if other people can listen to them.
