Obviously they are getting part of information from some other sources and phishing to see how many people they can get to fall for their threats! Tell them to send Midwest Recovery Claim by mail and that your lawyer will contact them for settlement! They hang up immediately!

I answered the call and it was silent for a few seconds. Then she asked if my name was. I said yes. She said she was from some kind of Recovery company and wanted to verify my information and warned the phone call would be recorded and a third party would be on the line. She then asked for my social security number and I told her if she wanted to verify to tell me what she had. She said I needed to tell her. I told her I didn't have to do any such thing. She said I will be getting a warrant for my arrest. I asked her for what. She said for not cooperating in not giving my social security number. I told her to go to hell and I hung up.
