Called and ask for me or my husband & wouldn't tell me what they were calling for unless I gave them my social or birthday. SCAM!!

Not sure what type call was. I have caller ID and did not answer call. The same number has shown up before but I refused to answer. They left no message on my answering machine.

I received a call from Mary White 404-400-3376 X414 asking to talk to my ex-husband that I divorced 30 years ago. She said he has a court date coming up for a case against him and they can't reach him. Said it is very important to reach him to give him a chance to resolve the situation out of court. Don't know how they got my name and number. My ex is a very upstanding citizen that has pays his bills and ample money so I couldn't imagine it being legit. I found this site and see it is not. Did anyone see the claim listed on their credit report?
