Ann Ross called during work hours. I informed her not to and asked her to email me. She gave me a the website to register my email so that she could email me back. I did so, she emailed me and I emailed her back. I have since emailed her 5 times and she has never responded, but has still tried to call me during work hours. NCM continues to trash my credit, yet Ann will not email me back.

They gave me their name right from the start, the company name, and then began to talk about a debt that they just had sent to them for me to pay. Problem is, the debt amount was over $500 of what I owe and I had already been making payments on that debt with a different company. Now I need to figure out which one is the false one.
