Most likely an I.D. thief of an unscrupulous debt collector pretending to be a health care provider. People who fall for this provide every bit of essential personal information about themselves and every family member they cover. Reporting does no good, Spoofing apps allow then to show the number calling as any number they choose. The use numbers that are at least somewhat local to the person they are calling because people tend to incorrectly trust these numbers more than they would an out of area number or toll free number. Reporting is useless. People who operate outside the law do not care about the DNCR.

Get connected to a Licences agent or press 7 to be added to the do not call list. I've gotten about 12 of these messages since yesterday from carious Atlanta, GA phone numbers. When if the Government going to do something to protect us from disrupting business operations of these robo calls and robo call spoof scams. .

Insurance Scam. You get a message saying that they are calling to give you lower health insurance. I pressed 1 to talk to a person, and the first question I asked was how I got on their call list. She said I must have filled out a survey, and then just hung up on me. I don't do surveys. Guaranteed that was a lie. On top of that, I tried calling their number and it is a non-working number. Legitimate companies don't do that. These people are trying to steal your money!!

Spam medical insurance call that mentions a list of major health care companies to give them an air of legitimacy. They also use other numbers and vary the times of day that they call. Putting my number on their "DO NOT CALL LIST" does nothing.

This is bad- BUT THE REAL ISSUE IS WHERE THESE SCAMMERS GOT THE PHONE NUMBER FROM. FOR ME- EITHER NY PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL OR WEILL CORNELL. THIS IS THE REAL PROBLEM! ARE THEY SELLING THEM? BEING HACKED? HAVE AN EMPLOYEE WHO IS PROVIDING THE NUMBERS? This is the real problem.
