Called me and included my name and a hospital I recently visited. Phone tree started with “thank you for calling. Enter account number or say representative”. Did not identify company until asked. Said Npass and asked if I had other insurance (did list my current insurance company) to pay the remaining balance, which was not the correct amount. I had called the hospital billing department just prior and they said a different amount that was due next week, so the lady “put that as a note that I will pay next week in my file”

at 8:36pm 1/25/2022....I asked if it was about me or someone else , they said me ....I said OK , no one came on line ......I quickly did a reverse phone number online and sure enough they are spammer/how can we report them to the FBI / or Michigan State Police ....which I will cuz I know that is what we should do ....

They called me yesterday and said they were a collection agency. I told them I had never gotten a bill and to resend. Still waiting for the resend. Scam!

Claim to be the billing Department of Eastside medical

They claimed to be collecting for a local hospital. I called the hospital directly and the hospital had no knowledge of this. When I called back they wanted personal identifiers SS#/DOB. They do not identify themselves on caller ID.

Call was from National Bank. My caller ID said it was a Scam call. I have never had a National Bank account or anything with National Bank on it.

Call came and since I did not know the number I did not answer the call. I then called the number and I asked what company was this and was told Npass. II asked if this company was representing some other company? Said yes, a lot of companies. Then the person did not identify themselves and wanted my name. I told the person, you called my number so you should have my name. I did give my phone number but not my name. The person kept insisting she wanted my name, I then hung up.

Scumbags......blocked their number. Kept asking for my social security number,! Sorry I am not that stupid.

Phone received call, I missed it. If it is indeed a hospital debt collector.. Boy do they have the wrong name/number. I get my health care by way of the VA and am a Service Connected physically disabled veteran.

Keep telling them to mail me proof and they refuse. Wont give me their mailing addy so I can send letter to to to verify alleged debt
