When the recording calls it calls on all 8 lines at the same time. I have called and requested for them to stop calling they hang up. I will call back and a guy (they all have heavy accents) acts like he is manager and yells to all the other to stop call being a smart ass then says he will put me through to customer service and hangs up.

Caller ID came up as Tous Software Co. Answered in usual business manner, no response, only a hang up. Called back to get a thick accented individual named "Johnny" that went into his canned verbiage that he was from National Small Business Alliance and would be activating our line of credit.....blah blah blah...I said, "No, you won't be activating anything, but you WILL be removing our number from your call list. Thank you" He said, OK and hung up

Called (206) 792-9399 and blasted off the young woman there she claims they cannot give me the contact information for the company that is dialing my number but, I can file a complaint with them and they will forward it to the client so no more calls are made. I spent 10 minutes going around in circles trying to get anything even a name from the company actually contacting me and was refused on all occasions , I was then transferred to a manager named Hugo who claims I must send a formal subpena to them to get any information regarding any specifics for this company. The good news here is we as consumers now have a new chew toy to rip apart on the phone.
