Call came in under caller ID of Mediation Account. Voicemail transcription states the following:
"In regards to the return payment on your account. If we do not hear from you your account will be flagged as unresponsive. The negligent we wish to make a decision on your file today and without your input the account in question will be labeled as a refusal and the paperwork will be filed. Please call us immediately to discuss this case. The phone number that you can use to reach your case manager is 844-385-6929

Same! Said I had a payday loan and I do not.

Even threaten to take me to court. Had all my info too. SS# and even texted a friend of mine. I have cellular one they also flagged it potential spam.

This Mr. Daniels called my mom today to leave her a message to get a hold of ME. I called him back and he said I had an outstanding load. He had my family information and phone numbers. he needs to be stopped I never took a loan!

Scam from ame Daniels said my Social Security number is linked to my bank.Calls me everyday from a different phone number call back 844-385-6929. Nothing on my credit report I pay all bills on time . I wish he would leave me alon

Recently received a call saying to call this number (844 385 6929) back. Thankfully Verizon listed it as "Potential Spam", which is why I didn't answer on top off me not recognizing the number as well. Here's what they left on my voicemail.

Hello, the reason for my call today is we have you listed as person of interest for (NAME). If you know who this is, please press 1 now to be transferred to an agent or hold for message. It is imperative that we either get in contact with yourself or the listed representative immediately. The phone number that you can use to contact our offices is 844-385-6929. Thank you, have a great day.

I have never had a payday loan, so I have no idea why they are contacting me. I haven't seen suspicious activity on my credit report either.

They call from different local numbers trying to tell me i bounced a check for a payday loan. I called the company they claim the loan is through and they sent me email proof i have never had a loan through them ever. So bring it to my local authorities i got proof your a scam !

Caller said he was Mr. Daniels calling to verify activity on my account. Then assumed an accusatory tone saying my "case" would be referred to my county for follow-up. Bring it on daddy!
