They claim to be a collection agency and have been harassing me with lots of calls and voicemails for a week. I have no debt and have never even had a credit card so I know this is a scam.

I have been called twice by this number now claiming there is an important message from a “Chelsea Boser” at Northstar Location Services and that it is a call from a debt collector.

Left a message from this number claiming to be from NorthStar collection agent Chelsea Boser (sp?). However, this isn't listed as an official number for Northstar, nor is the name Chelsea Boser in their directory. And I tried the extension from the message on the official NorthStar line, but it didn't recognize it.

Got yet another robo-call from North Star Location Services. My voice mail records the message and transcribes it. I didn't think debt collectors were supposed to leave such detailed messages.
