I received calls from this number and I called Novant directly from their number on their official website and inquired if there was an issue. They indicated I was fine. I believe this is absolutely a phishing call.

I have received calls from this number starting in December 2017, most recently, 2 times on Saturday 1-13-18. I actually answered one of the calls and it was a robotic call, then around 2 pm on Tuesday, 1-16-18. After this call, I called my healthcare and was told by some ignorant lady, that I owed them money. Not true.... Furthermore, she told me that the 855-247-1905 was a real number for Novant. I did speak to foreign speaking guy by the name of Robert. I ripped him a new one. Don't answer this number, IT'S A SCAM! No help from the Novant Healthcare.
