This person keeps calling my unlisted phone number & refuses to stop! This person must have a mental disorder & needs to be in a mental hospital in order to get help!

I did not answer this call but I have receivewd at least one other call from "Otis Jimmy, 314-529-3902". I check on line to be sure of the validity of any calls which I get and of course this is another spam call! I have my home phone and cell phone listen the Federal Do Not Call list! It is very annoying to have scam calls at all times of day without any recourse from the phone company or the Do Not Call List!
