This worthless company, Outsource Receivables Management, is in collusion with Rash Curtis and Associates, another worthless collection agency. DO NOT answer the phone and report them to the Better Business Bureau, your state attorney general and also the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Consumers CAN stand up to them this way to stop them from harassing us.
People calling you are people who barely graduated from High School and are being paid $8 an hour to harass you. They are NOT attorneys.

Clark Howard, financial advisor, says to call them back with your lawyers fax number and tell them that they can fax all the information to your lawyer. This usually causes them to back down.
Clark Howard also said that creditors are despirate these days and will try everything legal or illegal to get you to pay. Don't give in!
