This is a scammer/debt collector for debts that are illegally attempting to collect.
They are not real - and even "real" debt collectors can not clean up your credit.
Also, after 7 years, your credit on any debt is cleared from your credit reports.
The person they were trying to call, has been dead for 10 years, and the debt - that later was crrected and cleared - was incurred 20 years, ago!

if you live in california they have 10 YEARS TO COLLECT IT! after that, you can sue them for harassment LOOK IT UP!

Funny how the ones that say bad stuff are prob the same ones he had to sue ! I didn't listen and pay my account because like some of you i read it was a scam even though i know i owed the money . Joe offered me an payment plan and i was rude to him and hung up ... long story short now after a trip to court they take even MORE out of my pay check than he wanted me to pay !! I wish I saw this site and saw that he was real before it was too late but now it is ! My garnishment is $1000 a month they only wanted 2 payments of 500 for two months then 200 a month ... Hey Mr Vincent its John B Sorry I treated you like I did I can see you were trying to help me !

he is not a scamer he works at a law office and he help me i don't know why you had a problem with him but he treated me with respect and worked with me

I got a call from him too but he helped me out and kept me from going back to jail on my bail bond and worked with us so we could put some money down and pay each month , if it wasnt for him id be back at the workhouse , he is no scammer he;s the truth
