It starts out to say we have an important message

Called,and I let go to cm. Recording said to call the number...they didn't even ask for my name or anyone else...will be blocking

i never answer unknown #s let it go to voice mail, collection agency leaves a different # so I called person on the phone would not identify himself nor the name of his company, WTF !!!!!!

I have communicated with these people to stop calling me. This is the second time since notifying them.

Theses people called my cell phone and asked for my mother. I said I was her daughter. I asked who he was and he said Paragon Revenue Group. He had an accent and talked real fast and was rude. He told me he was trying to collect a medical bill and told me to fax my power of attorney to him before he would tell me about it. No freaking way. He was really rude. If this is a legitimate business, they need to train their collectors better. He sounded like he was from India or somewhere like that. I am in US.

It's always an automated call that goes straight to vm.

Seems I heard that if you tel some SOB Bill Colletor or some other Jerk to NOT CALl, there is a FTC Rule That they can be cited with.........Got a call from Paragon and wanted to confirm my DOB........ask who the hell they were and they wouldn't tell me unless I confirmed my DOB. They wanted to argue and I HUNG UP IN THEIR EAR.........However I DON'T OWE ANYBODY ANYTHING _ EVER - so wait till they call again......FTC WILL GET THE CASE.

Very annoying and persistent

I have the number blocked so it goes straight to voicemail and it's always an automated message so I delete it.

After 2 previous calls from them and advising them not to call my number again they once again called me at 8:14 AM on Monday Jan 9th 2017. This woman had some set of balls on her to be calling before 9 AM. I have worked at call centers and know the laws of what times they can call. They also sent me a letter in the mail with no return address on it and when you look through the window it is printed on paper that looks more like a check. This company is very persistent. I am surprised they haven't sent someone to my home to knock on my door.

This company is nothing but rude. They've harassed me, my mother and my little sister and upon calling them back to ask them politely to remove me, they rudely hung up sparking me to call back. Once I finally had someone to talk about removing my number, she rudely repeated that I was calling back for no reason and while I was in mid sentence, she so rudely hung up. They've been harassing my mother and sister for months!

Yes they did call me and the conversation went,are you Martha,yes,were you born 195-,I am not answering any questions for you,you did not identify yourself and I have had identity theft once,so tell me who you are,they refuse and hung up.I really would like to know who they are calling on behalf of.

They called asking for me and wouldn't say who they were nor where they were calling from so they ended up getting off of the call. Pack of assholes.
