Whatever it is say that this is a scam call or that it is a prank Sam is an idiot. It's the United States Police department emergency number from anywhere you live within the 50 states including its subsidiaries. Accidentally called them today in my pocket because of whatever idiot had them marked as spam fake caller whatever dumb crap they put.
