Paytel communications, a company that handles jail calls? I don't know anyone in jail. I HOPE.

I got call again from this number and it is from a jail or prison! It asked if I would except or block but I wanted to hear who it was that was calling but it never stated! So next time I will answer it and block it! I think I know who it is! Non related person!

Got this call today didnt answer was in middle of dinner and we dont answer during that time but on caller ID it says Paytel Community or something like this!

When I call it back it states that it is Paypal
A recording was left on my voicemail. It seems to be from a jail in the St. Augustine, FL area. It was a collect call from the jail, asking if I would accept the charges to take the call, but also have the option to block the call. I only received one call from this number, so I think it was an inmate miss-dial.
