Don't say who they are looking for just leave a number and reference number to call them back.

Called again last time was in August. Asian man with two little girls by him sleaze ball. No message left. Had it blocked in Aug. Blocked worked.

Call from Phillips~Left a message to contact them for a dept collection~HaHa~ We don't have any dept~LOL~ People need a life ! Get a real job and stop trying to rip honest hard working people off !

I'm active duty military, if they call one more time, I'm going to notify security forces, and OSI. How they are still going after all these complaints, is truly mind boggling. They called looking for a Christopher, I asked them to take me off their call list. This is the second time I've asked that.

I'm active duty military, and this happened. They called, I answered. They were asking for some Christopher guy, I told them they had the wrong number. They called back a few days later, same thing...I asked to be taken off the list. If it happens again, I'll report them to OSI and Security Forces as a scam...and it won't be pretty for them.

These people very UnProfessional, they afraid to give out the company name. Saying it's a personal matter. They are very ignorant.They're acting like a scam artist. That's why I would not give them information.

This number keeps calling but I don't answer. Unless I know who is calling, I just don't answer. They do not leave a message. Yes, I lost my husband but I am not executor of the will, but I am not telling these people. They are scam artist - crap on them. If they were legal collectors, they would know how to contact the attorney in charge. I am so tired of this kind of "B*S" !

So unprofessional. Can barely understand the person who called me and before asking for me by name they proceed to tell me I am being recorded. They are looking for an executor of a recently deceased person yet they don't know how they got my name and number! They must use the 'Collections for Dummies made easy' book. Again very unprofessional and here is my advice. If the only job you can secure is calling and badgering people for money and you don't even have your facts correct I suggest you have a lobotomy preformed on yourself and see if the mental hospital will care for you. The FTC nor the FCC or any GOOBERMINT agency is of any help. The no call list is a farce as it does not block calls and these idiots who claim to be calling for some police/fire donations are another bunch of morons who can't get honest work. GET A REAL JOB!

This company is Phishing, they try to collect debt from deceased people by using family and friends.

Have left several messages asking me to call back but have never told me who they were or why they were calling. They only indicated that I must return their call immediately

Caller wanted to know my full name and social security number and date of birth before speaking with me since I called back wanting to know why they keep calling. The man identified himself as Mike Silman. When he would not tell me why he was calling until I gave him my identifiers I then hung up and refused to talk to him further. This subject keeps calling and calling and will not stop.

I just received another call from Phillips and Cohen asking for a lady that has never lived here. I have been receiving these calls for the last 4 years. I have called them back and asked not to be called again. It never works. So I guess if I continue to complain someone might notice.

they keep calling ,say they need me to pay bills from my late husband.Have asked very nicely not to call me as I have less then half the income that I had when spouse alive and am tring to keep my head above water and will pay as I can.They comtinue to call evey other day.

No identification of who it was, but they were seeking information about bills from my late mother's estate. As I am not the executor, I had no information to give them.
