Left a message that I needed to call for a message. When I call I they answer Hello, as would a lane line non- professional. They were very rude, and claim to be collecting a debt that I don't owe. Also claim to have file my insurance which I never gave to them. If anyone in using this agency to collect debts you have chosen a very bad business.

Called to tell me I owed on a old medical bill from 2011 they claimed I had. Never even went to the hosiptal. Lady named ms sparks called with a stank attitude and was rude as hell. I hung up on that lady and told her I wasn't paying a dime. Take legal action all you want. Idaf

Received many call asking for someone name Quembe. Caller was extremely rude and when I informed her that she has made a mistake she said, "no I didn't make a mistake" I responded, well my name is Rob so I guess you did. She then made a comment under her breath and hung up on me. They have called 2-3 times per week for several months. It is infuriating. I owe them nothing.
