Just got a call on my cell from this number too! Crazy! Wanted me to verity my address, date of birth, all kinds of stuff. Said he already had it. Wouldn't tell me who he was with or what he wanted, until I verified everything. I told him I didn't know who he was and wouldn't verify anything. And then I hung up!

You can usually count on an out of state call being up to no good and just wanting to scam $$. Many times out of state call is a solicitor trying to sell something
make sure your caller ID works and just don't answer calls you don't know who they are unless you know the area code
