When they called me from 202-360-4612 I thought they finally caught up with me for the millions I owe in back taxes. Right there my heart couldn't take the stress and I went into cardiac arrest. When the ambulance finally got to me it was too late. They pronounced me dead, informed my wife and she later identified my body at the morgue. She now has a high priced lawyer and a dangerous private investigator tracking down the people behind this scam. They reassured me they will be given personal attention (if you know what I mean) before being turned over to the Justice Department for prosecution for fraud, endangerment, and manslaughter, possibly second degree murder, having caused my death. I promised to personally testify in court at their trial, so they don't have a chance of getting off. They should get at least 20 years each. My wife's lawyer will additionally sue them for everything they and their families have. I can't wait to see their faces when the judge reads the sentences imposed for having murdered me.
Voicemail left on my machine from today (July 7 2016) in Waltham, MA said IRS issued an arrest warrant and my personal property was being monitored. This should be SOOOOOOO illegal. Posing as the IRS, telling people they have arrest warrants against them. Unbelievable. Thank goodness I have the sense to look up such numbers online before freaking out.

Sent email to Phishing@irs.gov, subject "IRS Phone Scam" and also reported on https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml
Was told I had an arrest warrant and my personal property was being watched. I don't own anything other than a car so this was very sketchy

Update: I reported to the IRS at Phishing@irs.gov
Same here. Good think my background is accounting with an emphasis in Tax :-) and my tax returns are not that complex.
I was told an arrest warrant had been issued for me and my property was being watched due to tax fraud.
