This extremely rude man called this morning and went on a rant about collections that I knew had nothing to do with me. When I asked who he was trying to call he said "Relax missy." I said, "No you relax, mister" and tried to tell him he was probably calling our number which 10 years ago was an out of business construction company. He wouldn't let me get a word in then accused ME of interrupting him and didn't I have my coffee yet? So I said, "LET ME TALK!" and told him the number was a business but it's been 10 years. He very condescendingly said "Well that's all you had to say" and when I said I tried but he wouldn't let me he began to tell me I would have a very unhappy life if this is how I am. I very sweetly said, "May you have as nice a day as you've been pleasant" and hung up. Blocked call. If I were even a small percentage as rude as he is, I'd be fired.

Called left a message for someone who doesn't live here. Then called my cell phone twice. Then proceeded to call other family members. So glad they invented call blocking.

Harassing!!
I'm receiving calls about a debt of a family member. He calls me my wife and now my family of my wife I asked him to stop and he refused. I'm wondering how to complain who to complain to
Tom Alexander has called and harassed me on my cell and at my office. He has also called my husband's cell and office. We have nothing to do with the reason he is calling. He continues to bully, harass and threaten to put us in jail if we do not help him. Who would help him when he talks the way he does. He called my office this morning and I hung up on him. He called back and left a voice message saying that he will keep calling. He said he knows where I work and live. According to him he has ways to find me. Filed a complaint with the FCC this morning as well.
Tom Alexander called and harassed me regarding a fraudulent debt that I have nothing to do with. The complaint is against a family member who met with the company's accountant who stated the bill had been paid in full. I tried to explain and Mr. Alexander continued to harass me so I said an explicit and hung up on him. At that point I received 8-10 calls from bogus numbers.

They called and left a vm stating that they have a claim against me and I need to call them before I am picked up. The funny thing about this is the number that registered on my phone was 425 207 4947; when I went to listen to my phone messages it stated the call came from 866 905 6835 and the person Terry Rice Or Ice not sure left a number of 800 668 5715. If they were legit why so many numbers?
So these people called me and said I owed a large amount of money to a certain car loan account. I was freaking out because I know I didn't. I called the account holder and talked to them and they said that the third party people were trying to get months ahead of the debt. I was a payment late on my car account, but not the amount that this agency said I was. Also my account holder said that they had not sold the account or anything of that nature and this was a third party debt collector and she didn't understand why they would be calling me. So this sounds like fraud and or a scam to get extra money and doesn't sound very legit. I would say use caution and if you do have an account that they are referencing, call the account holder first and do not do business with these people.
the man that do call you is very very rude i told him that i don't have any money to add to the bills and loans that i am already paying he was like well u need to pay this loan and i was like i don't even know about any private loan well thats not my problem this was sent to me so what form of payment you have. i just wish they stop calling me cause its not nonething i can do right now unless they pay my bills and take care my child i will more than likely pay it.

this number is from regional adjustment bureau. these rude people call me constantly in re: to my boyfriend's student loans. when i picked up once, the man on the phone wouldn't give me any information, tell me it was a personal call and he needed to talk to my boyfriend. he was snippy with me so i was snippy back. he then started asking me where my boyfriend worked. i wouldn't tell him since that it is personal information and he wasn't telling me what the call was in reference to. he finally just gave me his name and a number for my boyfriend to call back. we knew what he wanted but he was so rude. he also gave my boyfriend the whole "so you're refusing to pay?" situation, which isn't the case. we know the laws and we don't have enough money right now to pay the loans. these people are completely rude. they call constantly and never leave a message. they've even called my mother in another state, who my boyfriend has never used as a reference on anything. absolutely ridiculous. the one time they left a message on my phone, it was him constantly saying, "if you are not so and so, stop listening to this message, this is personal information". don't call my number then.

I have no details as to whom is calling me. This number has been calling everyday, at least twice a day for the past month. Typically it is two rings and they hang up. Its aggravating, annoying and has gotten to the point I don't even like touching my phone for fear I might actually answer this harassing number.
