I'm constantly receiving threatening voicemail messages coming from Simm Associates. They have the audacity to tell me not to delete the message and to give them a call at a specified number. Since they're not going to state the nature of the call, why I should talk to them?

They called me bc I was listed as a reference for a friend. I asked them to remove me from their file and he said they would. We'll see. Was very nice and they did not call a lot.

Call all different times don't have any idea how got my number, why keep getting calls

Calls every day from this number and others looking for somebody that I don't know. I called and told them to stop so we shall see.

They called me and my sister in law saying that I had put her as a second person of contact, which is a complete lie.

Debt collector..they left a shady Voice Mail and the lady sounded half asleep or couldn't read the script..

They called and left a message for a person that is not associated with my phone number. I called their number with the extension and ended up getting their voicemail. I left them a message with my phone number and stated that the person they are trying to reach does not exist. I also informed them that I would pursue telephone harassment charges as well as send them a cease and desist letter from my lawyer.

Another number for Simm Associates, one of the most annoying junk-debt buyers. They will not stop hounding you despite how many times you tell them to shove it and always seem to find some new number to call from.

I spoke with Simm ASSosiates all the way back in July 2013(the 19th at 8:30PM to be exact...) and told them that the person they were looking for isn't at this number. Today, 16-Sep-2013 at 5:40PM they called AGAIN looking for the same person. I told them AGAIN that he is not at this number. LESS THAN 5 MINUTES LATER THEY CALLED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you call them out on it they get defensive (bitchy really) and try to justify the fact that they are calling again. They gave me some lame excuse about it being used as both a cell number and a home number and that was why the robo-dialer they use called me twice in 5 minutes.

I don't know the name of the person I spoke with first, but I next spoke with a Nichole White and then to a Jessica who would not give a last name. They both pretty much hung up on me and didn't want to answer my question about the legal responsibility of verifying the facts.

HOW DO YOU GET THESE PEOPLE TO STOP CALLING FOR SOMEBODY ELSE??????????

Really rude, we told this guy from Simms Associates at least 3 times that we didn't know his caller. They are obviously guessing because we have the same last name. He said we should pay our bills and identify ourselves when people call. Geez, he should know who he's calling first. I hung up, he called back 2 more times. So desperate these zoomie debt collectors.

These bottom feeders don't get it when they call a wrong number. They call all hours and hang up never leaving a message! I called back and spoke with ms Chatterly yea right. So I will spend the next day calling and calling till my number is removed.

I have been contacted by several different reps from this company. I started working with one of the reps and then they took it upon themselves to just draft a payment from my account on a day I told them not to. I asked them not to contact my place of employment and for awhile I started getting calls from them daily at work until I finally got rude. They keep saying the credit card is going on my credit report while guess what it is already on my credit report. I also found out they buy old outstanding accounts in attempt to get paid for themselves. I refuse to answer any of the rude reps. One young lady had the nerve to ask me why I didn't keep money in my account (That's when I really decided they would not get a dime out of me)
