Calls my house once a day but no one is ever on the line. WTF?

SMS calls me to settle a debt. I admit that part of the debt is mine as we had to leave the apartment 2 months prior to the end of the lease due to loss of income. The problem is that they are adding insane charges that we are not agreeing to pay. With SMS it is ALL or nothing. I have offered to make payments towards the amount that my husband and I agreed to and they actually refuse to accept payments unless it goes toward the entire reported amount. They have reported to my credit that I refused to pay. Not that they refused to work with me or that they refuse to accept payments. This place employs rude and unethical people because they truly do not believe that anyone who runs across hard times in life deserve to be treated in a decent civil manner. Cant wait till one of the reps loses their job and gets phone calls from the same kind of people.

Called and hung up several times.
