Stellar Recovery Debt Collector Scammer

Scam call for collection of bill that does not exist.

Yes they called me for a "personal business matter". They wont usually tell you what company they are collecting for (as in who was the original creditor you supposedly owed money to) unless you confirm you are who they are looking for so I am not 100% sure, however based on other reports on the web, I'd wager they are calling for Comcast. I find this amusing because I didn't even realize I owed them because they didn't make mention of it until about a year ago when they realized I was trying to get new service at a new address. I thought my old bill had been taken care of once we turned in our equipment. They never ask for anything else but then once I moved to a new place that needed service, suddenly I started getting calls and letters saying I still owed them for this outstanding bill of $110. But the funny thing is, this bill is over 8 years old and in the state of Oregon I believe it is a 6-year cutoff for when bills no longer can be collected on and affect your credit unless you acknowledge the debt again which restarts the time.

I mean, they can always try and go after you but no judge would allow the bill to be granted because of that cut off time of 6 years. So collectors don't waste their time by going to court because they know that they won't win. They just hope that some poor sap out there will either get tired of the calls or get scared into paying and maybe they'll have a chance at collecting.

They called me about someone else's bill. Talked to them and told them its its not me, but they continue to call.

Keeps calling about a comcast bill. Vultures....beware people who get rid of comcast to go to a different company. They will send a bogus bill to collections immediately after you discontinue service. Even after the rep said they owed me money.

This number has been calling me for weeks now. It is a recording, asking for "Andrea Bowen". It says that if this is Andrea Bowen, please press 1. If this is not Andrea Bowen, please press 2. I have pressed 2 several times and nothing happens. I'm really tired of getting these calls, especially because they are calling my personal cell phone.

always calls asking for Sabrina Smith. there is no Sabrina Smith here. stop calling.

Caller: Leaves None

CTR 277: The text messages offer assistance with repayment of payday loans.

i do not owe anybody money

Call fairly often, don't leave a message. I haven't owed anyone in over 10 years, so armed with the knowledge that the statute of limitations on debt is 4 years, I just keep ignoring their call. Oddly enough, this phone number was recently associated with a local business.
