I get at least one call a day regarding my student loan. They call from several different numbers. Sounds authentic. I have never returned their call.

They leave voicemail without your phone ringing. I have asked them to quick call my number. I am an senior citizen that does not have a student loan. I had to work and pay for my college. I get one of these message about twice a week. This is harassment. Why can't the government do something to stop this. OH THEY ARE TOO BUSY FIGHT WITH EACH OTHER>

THIS IS A SCAM!!! These low life pieces of human crap scammers just wont quit. They are scum bag scammers trying to steal your information and money. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Claims to help with student loan, though strange thing is never had one not want one. An unwanted robo call that is illegal according to the fcc

Called several times. We have no student loans.

I am getting real sick of calls I do not Recognize, been getting student loan calls in the past,,, so instead i got them back good,, 202-361-3146 calls me tonight, I answer with acting like a radio station calling contest and say, You are our lucky winner tonight by being our 9th caller, what is your name and address so we can mail you your prize? caller says, "Yo As Ho",, to me and hangs up.... bet they wont call again but if they do I will play it again with them.

Harold Every time I take a nap---here comes a call about my student loan---they didn't even have student loans when I went to school 62 years ago. Can't seem to get off their list. Try to call the number back and it is not a working number.

Call me constantly. I'm looking for address of call center so I can rid the world of this scum. My AG won't do a thing.

This was a robocall made to a phone number on the DNC list. I followed the instructions to speak to a representative but the machine told me that I needed to leave a message with my name and amount of student debt so I left a message with fake information. A few days later I got a call back from a man who said his company name is “The Document Department”. I am not sure if it was spoofed but the number I received the call back from was (800) 694-1396.
