Computerized voice supposedly from Sun Trust Mortgage giving a secure mailbox number to access a private message. The message wanted us to confirm some details about our recent refinance, details that would have been on our form that had already been approved and the refinance completed. Checking with Sun Trust confirmed this was a scam.

Two robo-dialed calls in a row to my cell. A direct violation of the TCPA, complaint filed with the FCC for both DNC violation and TCPA violation for robo-dialing a cell number. Google search shows this as being a mortgage company; I have no mortgage and own no property as my home was lost to federal bankruptcy nearly three years ago. Obviously 100% scam! Remember people, when you report to the DNC registry, if it is a robo-dialed call to a cell number please report it that way! Then look up the TCPA online so that you can sue the fools (if you can ever identify them).
