Its a scam, they called me 2pm Sun. Dec. '19 afternoon about my JCP credit card, havent rec'd pmt since Jan. '19 LOL It is now DEC. I have not used this card in 4 years. SCAM!!!!!

Yes they called me today. Said they were with Synchrony bank and this was regarding my JC Penneys card. The number they called from is not Synchrony bank.
Just started today calling at 7:00 a.m. on the dot and two more calls at 3 hr intervals....
No message left and CALLER ID INFO PROVIDED IS NEVER THE SAME, nor does it match up with what my Reverse Lookup application provided me; indicates to me these are shady callers, intentionally misleading & deceptive tactics as well as refusing to abide by U.S.FEDERAL LAW regarding DEBT COLLECTORS CALLING HOUR LIMITATIONS ....
That's illegal & I will document and report SYNCHRONY BANK (JC PENNEY CREDIT PROVIDER) to FCC & TX ATTORNEY GENERAL for USING harassing, aggressive & unlawful calling practices
Called 10 times in a day. It is considered harassment
