I have received this call several days in a row and when I answer, they hang up. Called them from a different number and they answered as TD Auto Finance. Not behind and I will not pay via Credit or debit card when I pay.
Woman asked for me by name. Said it was TD Auto Finance and asked me to verify some security questions. She asked to verify my address and I said "ok tell it to me and I'll verify" and she refused saying I had to tell her. I said I wasn't going to do that and could she at least tell me WHAT it is regarding... refinancing, etc... because I know there is no problem with my account. She said she. Ended to go through the security questions before she could tell me why she called. I said sorry but NO. And she said ok then goodbye. I called that number back from a different phone and a recording answered it was TD Bank Auto Finance. But I didn't wait to hear anything else. Is this a scam?
This is TD Auto Finance. I'm behind a payment, so I know that's why they are calling!
Received an urgent message to call Ms. Trader at 800-955-9096 x 5715. The company doesn't say they are Chrysler Financial. Automated system requests primary buyer's SSN, and then it gives you your last name to verify, and then begins to transfer you. Each time I tried, the transfer "cannot be completed at this time" and call is dropped. The thing is, if you call back, they will already have whatever # you called from in their system and associated with the account. So now they have another # to call and harass.
Had a message on the phone when I got home from work saying a Miss Monroe was trying to contact me. After calling and having no luck with the automated system, I was redirected to a live person who had no idea why I was being called and claimed it a "mix up"
