Actually it is not a scam caller. The Hope Program is a legit business and they would speak with you then transferred you to Lexington Law Firm to help you rebuild your credit so you can buy a home or rent to own home. Hope this helps.

This company is a FRAUD. They will call you every day evne when you request them to stop. They tell you the are going to put you on the call list but they never do they call you all day long. They are a pain in the but.

I do not answer this number, but they continually call my number. My number vis a cell phone received under the govt sponsored Accesswireless program...so obviously they gave these spammers (or sold) access to this number. They call 10-20 times per day and the ring does not go to voice mail. I finally tried to destroy my phone by flinging it across the room, and it still continued to ring, like an alien space movie.
