The number is for Total card. When you answer, it continuously tells you to please hold. I didn't hold but hung up, did research to no avail and then decided to call the number back. Being I don't have a credit card for these people nor interested in getting one, I would say this is a form of spam. They have called numerous times but I never was home to answer until today.

Got a call from this unknown number. When I called back, it was automated. It stated "thank you for calling total card, this is an attempt to collect a debt". I then hung up bc I have never heard of total card nor do I have credit cards.

Caller ID showed 508-0047 (no area code). Voice mail was a robo call, cut off at the beginning but said something about having a current business relationship and to call 605-610-0358. Really???Research found company in SD called Total Card, which provides credit card servicing, call centers, etc. Almost hidden it also says they are debt collectors. Started by 4 guys in 2000 with over 70 years of combined credit card servicing, marketing, call center, and operations. Apparently they excel at being sneaky and disingenuous. If you cant even show an area code on the caller ID, how unscrupulous can you be. No bad debts and retired since 1990s so I cant imagine what "business" relationship we have. BTW, Im a retired cop, so I dont need a call center service!!!!! Reporting to Do Not Call Violations!

WHEN YOU GET THE CALL, RECORD THEIR NUMBER, TIME OF DAY AND DATE AND WHATEVER INFO YOU CAN. GOOGLE "DO NOT CALL COMPLAINTS AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR FILING COMPLAINTS". TAKES LIKE 2 MINUTES.- While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your complaint will help the agency investigate the company, and could lead to law enforcement action." ONCE THEY GET ENOUGH COMPLAINTS ON THESE GUYS THE FEDS CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!! BE SURE TO FILE A COMPLAINT FOR EVERY CALL.

Person that calls is absolutely rude and I gave them my cell number and asked that they do not call my job any more. My boss has even reuqested that they contact me on my cell number, however they have been rude and continue to call my job to harrass me.
