Calls all day long. Never says a word. Name is Jeff Hall hangs up after a few seconds.

Calls multiple times a day using different States.
Leaves message on first ring bypassing blocking stating "This time and many more". Have added them to my States no call list - they could end up owing State millions like the last one they nailed.

Fund raising scam to buy power scooters for disabled former Hooters waitresses (!). No kidding! Womsn claimed that many former Hooters waitresses suffered debilitating effects from male customers grabbing at their private parts causing loss of functioning like ability to walk properly. Need scooters for motility.
