Harassment

Melissa has called us over half a dozen times just today. Same MO , asks for nobody specific or calls us by name. No company named, We owe no debt whatsoever. This is a scam and I hope they are prosecuted for harassment and fraud.

Someone by the name of Bernice Johnson (who has, what sounds to me like, a Jamaican accent) keeps calling my mother from this number. Each time, she leaves a message, including a "reference number", for my mother to return her call. She claims to be from United Collection Bureau, Inc. MY MOTHER HAS NO OUTSTANDING DEBTS! She pays her bills on time (or early) every month. Yet, this company, with the same recorded message, by the same woman, calls everyday - sometimes more than once! This is harassment. My mother has had her home phone number on the "Do Not Call" list for more than a decade. How can we get these annoying SCAM robocalls to stop?! (They also leave 866-559-4312 as a callback number.)

Scammers

I have returned their call but they request personal information before they tell me why they are calling.

Caller Id showed up as "UNITED COLLECTIONS". Did NOT answer and they DID NOT leave any messages.

Called me looking for my ex-husband, from whom I have been divorced since 2006. I didn't even have my current phone number until 2011.

I have no debts and I'm getting multiple calls from United collection agency they call me from different numbers each time

Left a message saying I owe a debt and i don’t owe NO or any debt! Scammer!

They did not say their name, just demanded payment for school loans. I've never had a school loan. The caller would not give me a time frame nor the alleged school name.

Continuous calling my number looking for a person we know it died over a year ago. This are vultures being paid to harass the elderly, and the less fortunate so that they can con, and verbally threatening, and abusive language. Be aware.

Garbage! Nobody there, no idea who it is. Calls my parents even? Needs to be stopped!!!

William Beaumont Hospital use's this company - they are very rude - Beaumont needs to find a better collection company. Her name was Tammy she asked for my phone number and my date birth, then told me the amount owing then said what are you gonna pay and how? I told I wouldn't pay them I would the company that says I owe them. Tammy then said collection action is still continuing if you don't pay us and I replied again that I am not pay them and then said good bye and hung up.

Spam calls regarding collections.

Have been receiving calls from this number lately. What I find most fascinating is that the recording says they are attempting to collect a debt (it doesn't say from whom) and you are supposed to call 866-441-7656. Now if I needed a phone call to be hounded for payment, why would I be inclined to call the number they give? Very suspicious to me.
