These people should be locked up and water boarded on gitmo!!! The reason it calls and says nothing is because most people answer by saying hello, when they dont hear a vioce answer back they say hello again. If you say hello twice the robot detects it and your number will be the subject of live telemarketing calls over the next 4 weeks since they know there is a real person answering the number. The best strategy is to never say the second hello. Its hard to do at first but over time you get use to not saying it and just wait to hear if there is someone there. In most cases if the person cant hear you they call you right back so only say hello once and you will cut down on the sales calls you get. Called me three times. Left no voicemails. I called back and all it said was "To be placed on the do not call list, press 9" then hung up.

Scam caller. Trying to tell you there is something wrong with your credit card.

Hangs up right away, doesn't leave a voicemail, busy signal if you try to call back. Spam caller. DNC registry says this isn't a registered number so you can't submit a complaint.
